SHIPPING

You will receive your order in approximately 4 business days. We will provide you with the Tracking Number of the parcel as soon as it is dispatched, so you may follow the delivery.

FORTU MILANO bags and small leather goods are beautifully packaged in our customised boxes and shipped by IT.

IMPORTANT: international shipping does not include duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes that may apply at the time of delivery. Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, rather than the order date. Delivery times should only be used as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available for viewing at the payment stage. Delivery may take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in some countries. All packages will be ship with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Please note that all orders will require a signature upon delivery. We can deliver to the address provided on your order. Changes are not allowed once the order has been shipped.

We offer free DHL shipping.
Shipping Times:
ITALY AND EUROPE: 3 - 4 business days
REST OF WORLD: 4 - 6 working days

Note: we do not deliver to shipping addresses or mailboxes. Canada, USA, South Korea, Turkey and Russia.

Shipments to these countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and, as a result, delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control.

IMPORTANT
We ship under the terms of DAP (Delivered At Place). Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and customs clearance fees once the shipment has arrived at its destination. If you refuse to pay the tax set/tax OR the product returns due to the absence of the recipient, 50 EUR shipping costs will be deducted for the return from the original payment.

RETURNS

FORTU MILANO will accept returns in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned bags must also include the original box, dust bags with attached original labels. Bags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for return. Please be aware that the original shipping costs are not refundable.

How to return your purchase:

Returns can be requested within 14 days from when you receive your order by contacting our Customer Service at umberto@fortumilano.com.

Return conditions

Returned items must be in their original unused condition with all FORTU MILANO labels attached and all related accessories or instruction booklets included. Returns incomplete, damaged, worn, dirty or altered or anything FORTU MILANO reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and then returned to the customer.

Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method. Upon receipt of the product, we will process the refund as soon as possible.

WORKING DAYS: are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once the refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at check-out. Please keep the delivery note until a refund is received. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the amount repaid may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately by email at umberto@fortumilano.com.
Please note that we are unable to combine orders, change dimensions, change billing/shipping details or add items to an existing order once it has been entered. Please note, we cannot change the order once the product has already been shipped.
